Founded in 2016, Secunda Capital Partners is an investment company focused on the acquisition and management of real estate assets.  Its portfolio includes manufactured housing communites.

Secunda Capital targets turn-around assets that have been neglected by previous ownership.  Through injecting needed capital to starved assets and instilling community standards encouraging a pride of ownership mentality amongst tenant base, Secunda is able to provide a better, low cost of living environment for our customers while earning outsized returns for our investors.
